除去清遠長隆長頸鹿城堡酒店漏登記同行小夥伴門票、發錯房卡、記錯車牌號之外。對，你沒看錯，在經歷了一場雷陣雨又是又熱又悶回到房間發現你的房卡打不開門，而且同行的小朋友還着急的上廁所，酒店電話沒有人接，灰溜溜的回到前台。人家輕描淡寫的説了一句房間號短訊給你發錯了。最後感謝攜程管家解決投訴問題。還有一個問題，清遠長隆的地下過雨以後非常滑。我自己差點滑倒3次，小朋友滑倒2次，當然這個不能怪景區，畢竟小朋友他控制不住自己，一定要跑來跑去。甚至他們的景區的工作人員都腳下都在打滑。整天來説園區的工作人員會比酒店的工作人員要熱情親切很多。

總體感受很好的，這是新酒店，所以各項設施都很好，停車方便，去園區和温泉水上樂園也很方便，推薦帶娃去玩，既玩得開心，又長見識。
園區推薦蒸汽小火車，動物總動員，巡遊不要錯過，温泉水上樂園很好玩，孩子三天去了三次。走的時候還依依不捨。
餐飲方面，我們訂的房間包含了自助早餐和一個自助晚餐。自助晚餐有三文魚，小龍蝦等海鮮不限量，也有牛扒，烤牛肉烤羊肉等等，很豐富。早餐也很豐富。價格方面個人覺得小貴，套餐包含一晚自助餐，第二天我們就在森林餐廳吃飯，沒有吃自助餐了，個人覺得沒必要專門去吃，單獨買的話還是貴的。酒店的其他餐飲也很豐富，我們在森林餐廳和蟲蟲餐廳吃了飯。推薦清遠雞，白切雞和豉油雞都非常好吃。園區裡邊的餐食雖然小貴，但量是可以吃飽的，雙人餐夠三個人吃（當然這是我的情況，各人會有區別）。不推薦的菜是酸菜魚，可能粵菜師傅做這個菜還是不如專門的川菜館好吃。
特別感謝酒店員工的貼心服務！長隆主題樂園的特色就是互動性，工作人員在這方面真的給了孩子非常好的體驗。樂園裡的互動遊戲，表演合影等等，即使是問路，幫忙拍照等等，工作人員態度非常nice。
酒店前台工作人員細心專業，房間提供很可愛的小童洗漱用品。客房阿姨每天打掃得很仔細，住了三天兩晚，管家潔麗服務周到細緻，發資訊發天氣預報，指引細心，有問必答，這個週末不時下雨，她還提醒我們去禮賓部借雨傘（一個房間可以借用兩把，很方便）。這種細節讓人倍感温暖，一定會再來。
照片拍了不少，但都有孩子，衹選幾張動物的，在蒸汽小火車上拍的。

給升級了房間，可以看到長頸鹿，早餐不錯，新開的所以設施設備比較新，味道也散的差不多了！有泰式，粵菜，都很不錯，小朋友和大人都很喜歡！趕上下雨還算比較涼快。晚上可以去温泉和神樹樂園，買套餐比較划算！
